摘要
目前,民用飞机上主次承力结构中大量采用蜂窝夹层结构,其中的蜂窝芯零件大多数需要倒角或加工斜面。由于蜂窝芯具有薄壁中空的结构加上有明显的各向异性,倒角或斜面加工时存在易变形、夹固难、易撕裂,加工效率低,表面质量差的问题。文中在分析现有倒角加工工艺方法及存在问题的基础上,介绍一种为适应航空蜂窝芯零件生产企业需求而特意设计制作的专用倒角锯。此倒角锯结构简单,操作方便,成本较低,不仅能改善蜂窝芯倒角表面质量,减少人工打磨,提高加工效率,改善工作环境,还能适应当前蜂窝零件需求量增加,需要规模化生产的需求。
Nowadays the honeycomb sandwich structures are widely used on the secondary and primary structures of commercial airplanes, the edges of cores used in the structures normally need to be chamfered or beveled, since honeycomb core has thin-wall hollow structure and obvious anisotropy,they are easily deformed and teared out,also are difficult to be fixed in machining. This results in low machining efficiency,poor surface quality and other unexpected problems. This article analyzes current chamfering process and existing problems, introduces a specialized chamfer saw which is designed and fabricated per requirement from an aviation honeycomb core manufacturing plant. The chamfer saw has simple structure, is easy to operate. It improves the chamfer surface quality significantly,reduces manual sanding operation, increases machining efficiency, improves the working environment,f urthermore, it meets the rising honeycomb core demand and helps to achieve the core details mass production.
