基于多约束优化的自由飞模型结构设计

摘要 模型自由飞试验要求模型能够模拟真实飞机的质量、重心和惯量矩,而当前自由飞模型结构设计时仅考虑强度约束,通常会造成质量分布不合理,后期需要增加配重,对于小质量的缩比模型极易出现惯量矩超出限制范围的情况。利用CAE软件构建全机模型,以缩比模型的强度、质量、惯量矩等为约束条件进行多约束优化,可以得到合理的结构设计,满足惯量矩要求,节省后续工作时间,具有较强的工程实用价值,并在实际应用中得到了验证。 The model free flight test requires that the model can simulate the actual aircraft’s weight,center of gravity and moment of inertia. At present,only strength constraints are considered in the design of the free flight model,which often makes the mass distribution illogical. The increase of weight for light free flying model will cause the moment of inertia beyond the limit. By using CAE software to built model,multi-constraint optimization is carried out,in which constraint condition are strength,weight and inertia moment of the contraction model,thus finally get a reasonable structure design which meets the requirement of inertia moment,it has the strong engineering practical value,and is verified in the model project.
