The Assessment Method of EWIS Weight Property

摘要 电气线路互联系统(EWIS)为飞机各功能系统提供信号和电能传输,包含全机所有电线电缆、端接器件、防护件、电缆附件及支撑件,通常占飞机总重的4%~8%,其质量、重心是影响飞机性能的重要因素。由于各个设计阶段的设计输入不同,根据各个阶段有限的设计参数,对各类EWIS部件采用相适宜的估算、计算方法,准确评估EWIS的质量、重心,实现EWIS质量特性的动态监控,降低了超重的风险,对飞机质量控制和性能优化有重要的意义。 Electrical Wiring Interconnection System( EWIS) transmit electrical energy and signal to functional system of the aircraft,including wires and cables,connectors,protection,cable accessories and support devices. EWIS usually account for 4% ~ 8% of the total weight of aircraft,so the weight and the center of gravity of EWIS are important factors affecting aircraft performance. Assess and calculate the weight property of EWIS components using the most suitable method based on incomplete design parameter in each design phase can supervise weight property of EWIS dynamically and reduce the risk of overweight,which is important to aircraft weight control and performance optimization.
