Application of Filter Connector in Airborne Electrical Interconnect System

摘要 复杂的电磁环境对机载电气互联系统的性能要求越来越高,采用传统电缆屏蔽方法,将会带来飞机载重能力的下降。应用滤波连接器可以显著提高应用系统的电磁兼容性能。介绍了滤波连接器的工作原理、典型结构,验证了滤波连接器对于解决机载电气互联系统电磁干扰的实际成效,为相关技术人员进行机载电气互联系统设计时提供参考。 The complex electromagnetic environment requires higher and higher performance requirements for airborne electrical interconnection systems. The traditional cable shielding method will bring about a decline in aircraft load capacity. The application of the filter connector can significantly improve the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the application system. This paper introduces the working principle and typical structure of the filter connector,and verifies the practical effect of the filter connector on solving the electromagnetic interference of the airborne electrical interconnection system,and provides reference for the relevant technicians to design the airborne electrical interconnection system.
