The Key Points of Safety and Life Assessment on Aviation EWIS Cables

我国航空EWIS适航工作日益受到重视,为了完善航空EWIS线缆适航评估技术体系,文中采用新建的EWIS可靠性评估手段,对部分现役及新型号航空器用线缆开展一系列可靠性评估,评估结果用于支撑航空器EWIS适航审定工作。根据目前研究成果,文中提出了航空EWIS线缆安全性评估重点、寿命评估重点和设计选型重点。

China’s aviation EWIS airworthiness work has received more and more attention. In order to improve the airworthiness assessment technology system of aviation EWIS cable,this paper applies a newEWIS reliability assessment method to carry out a series of reliability assessments and evaluations for cables on some active and newaircraft. The results are used to support the aircraft EWIS airworthiness certification work. According to the current research results,this paper puts forward the focal points of aviation EWIS cable safety assessment,life assessment and design selection.
