摘要
介绍了战斗机的发展历程及机体结构技术的演变特征,论述了未来战斗机机体结构设计制造一体化技术发展方向,结合目前增材制造等先进制造技术研究现状,提出大型整体化、构型拓扑化、梯度复合化、功能结构一体化等创新结构先进制造技术发展需求,以期突破设计极限限制,实现战斗机机体的更新换代,摆脱传统"经典"结构束缚,大幅度提升未来战斗机高性能多功能的机体平台品质。
Review the development history of fighters and the evolution characteristics of aircraft structural technology.After discussing the future development direction of the integrated design and manufacturing of fighters’structure,while combining current research of advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing,we propose following advanced manufacturing technology development needs:large-scale integration,structural topology,multiple gradients and functional structure integration,in order to break through the design limit and realize the replacement of the fighter body.Meanwhile,the traditional classic structure will be got rid of,which will greatly improve the quality of the future fighter’s high-performance multi-functional body platform.
