摘要 随着当代飞机储油量的增加,为满足飞机调度和作战要求,必须对飞机的加油时间进行严格控制。文中基于Flowmaster一维流体计算仿真软件,对某型飞机地面压力加油系统中的限流孔板元件进行了设计计算和验证计算。计算结果表明,设计的限流孔板元件符合压力加油系统的整体设计要求。建立了压机加油系统和通气系统独立建模和仿真分析方法,为飞机燃油系统整体设计优化提供了可行方案。 With the increase of fuel storage of modern aircraft,in order to meet the requirements of aircraft scheduling and operation,it is necessary to strictly control the refueling time of aircraft.Based on Flowmaster one-dimensional fluid simulation software,the design calculation and verification calculation of the orifice plate element in a certain aircraft ground pressure refueling system were carried out.The calculation results show that the orifice plate element meets the overall design requirements of the pressure refueling system.The method of independent modeling and simulation analysis of compressor refueling system and ventilation system provides a feasible scheme for the overall design optimization of aircraft fuel system.
