基于飞机电气分离面EWIS安装设计方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着现代飞机向多电、全电方向发展,用电设备大幅度增加,使得各控制系统之间的电气互联越来越复杂,作为电气互联系统的传输"神经"系统的EWIS数量也随之巨量增加,EWIS几乎遍布飞机的各个角落。这样,EWIS线束穿过电气分离面处的电线连接和密封安装问题日益突出。文中给出了一种线束不间断穿过分离面处的独特密封连接及安装设计方法。该设计方法在国内某型飞机上已成功应用,对线束安装设计和使用维护方面具有极高的技术牵引和借鉴价值。 As the transmission system of electrical interconnected systems,the number and variety of EWIS have increased dramatically,all kinds of EWIS are almost everywhere in the plane.In this way,the wiring and sealing installation of EWIS wiring harness at the electrical separation surface is becoming more and more serious.This paper presents a unique sealing connection and installation design method for a wire harness passing through the electrical separation surface.This design method has been successful in some domestic models,high technical traction and reference value for the design and maintenance of the wiring harness.
