摘要
一体成型固化工艺的复合材料加筋壁板,筋条的厚度与加筋壁板蒙皮的厚度是有关联的,传统的优化设计方法往往没有考虑这种关联性。文中提出了一种针对一体成型固化工艺特点的复合材料加筋壁板优化设计方法。该方法将加筋壁板的筋条与蒙皮拆解成2个子系统,把加筋板优化问题转化成模块化优化问题进行求解。算例表明,优化后复合材料加筋壁板,质量比优化前下降了45%,优化结果充分考虑了结构特点,文中的优化方法简单且优化效率高,为该类复合材料加筋壁板优化拓展了新思路。
The traditional optimum design of stiffened composite panels almost never considered the relationship between the wall and the ribs when optimizing stiffened composite panels.However,the thickness of ribs is always related to the thickness of the stiffened panels when stiffened composite panels considering integrated molding curing process.In this paper,an optimal design method for the stiffened composite panels is proposed,which is aimed at the characteristics of integrated molding and curing process.In this method,the ribs and skin of stiffened composite panels are disassembled into two systems,and the stiffened composite panels optimization is transformed into a optimization design problem of modularized product family to be solved.The example shows the mass of composite stiffened panels after optimization decreased by 45%compared with that before optimization,and the structural characteristics were fully considered in the optimization results.The results of numerical examples showthat the optimization method in this paper is simple and efficient,which explores the different paths for optimization of this kind of composite stiffened panels.
