油量传感器优化布局仿真平台开发

Development of Oil Sensor Optimization Layout Simulation Platform

摘要 文中对数字式油量测量系统设计过程中,所需完成的3项基本工作进行介绍,并针对3项基本工作开发了油量测量系统仿真平台,其中,包括传感器模型处理及自动识别模块、传感器布局优化模块和建立质量特性数据库模块,给出了以上所有模块的设计思想和详细开发方案。该平台对提高油量测量系统精度提供了理论依据,具有通用性强、可靠性高、使用方便等特点,仿真结果能够达到工程设计要求。 This paper introduces the three basic tasks that need to be completed in the design of digital oil quantity measurement system,and develops a simulation platform for the oil quantity measurement system for the three basic tasks.It includes sensor model processing and automatic recognition module,sensor layout optimization module and quality characteristic database module.The design ideas and detailed development schemes of all the above modules are given.The platform provides a theoretical basis for improving the accuracy of the oil measurement system.It has the characteristics of strong versatility,high reliability,and convenient use.The simulation results showthat it can meet the engineering design requirements.
