基于CFD的氧气调节器引射组件内流场分析与研究

摘要 引射器是广泛应用于飞机供氧调节领域,其主要作用是调节输出气体压力和浓度。为了对引射组件内流场中的复杂物理现象进行分析,文中采用CFD软件平台针对氧调器引射组件内部流动进行流场仿真,同时,结合流体力学理论对流场内部的激波、湍流流动和管道截面积突变等特殊流动现象进行研究,并深入分析了特殊流动现象的物理本质。文中的研究在国内尚属首次,该研究对于国内氧调器引射组件的工程研制具有重要的应用价值。 The ejectors have been widely used in the field of aircraft oxygen-supply regulation.Its main function is to adjust the pressure and concentration of the output-gas.In order to analyze the complex physical phenomena in the flowfield in the ejector,the CFD is used to simulate the flowfield in the ejector.Combined with the hydrodynamics theory special phenomena such as shock wave,turbulent flowand sudden change of pipe cross section area are studied,and the physical essence of special flowphenomenon is also deeply analyzed.It is the first time in China to conduct research on the analysis of complex physical phenomena in the flowfield in the ejector.The contributions made should be of wide application value in China.
