摘要
用3种简单的工艺制备了苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)共价官能化石墨烯纳米片(GNPs),同时制备出了稳定的改性石墨烯水分散体,并对改性石墨烯在水溶液中的分散性进行表征。由傅里叶红外光谱分析可知,两亲性聚合物SMA与GNPs发生了化学接枝作用,场发射扫描电子显微镜表明两亲性聚合物SMA不均匀存在于GNPs的表面和边缘中。由热失重分析和紫外可见光光谱分析可知,3种处理方式中超声处理法所得的改性石墨烯纳米片接枝率最高,在水溶液中的分散性最好,其稳定水分散液石墨烯含量可以达到0.32 mg/mL,接枝率可达到18.02%。超声时间对接枝率的影响较大,而SMA的浓度对接枝量的影响较小。
This article introduced poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride)(SMA) grafting into the surface of the graphene nanoplates(GNPs) with three simple techniques and then produced stable graphene water dispersions. The infrared spectrum analysis showed that SMA had chemically grafting with GNPs, and the scanning electron microscopy demonstrated that the SMA was unevenly distributed on the surface and the edge of GNPs. Revealing from the analysis of the thermal weight loss and the ultraviolet visible light spectrum, it is found that the modified GNPs obtained by ultrasonic treatment excel in the grafting rate among other methods, as well as the dispersibility in aqueous solution, whose stable concentration nearly reached0.32 mg/mL, grafting rate can reach 18.02%. Moreover, the ultrasonic duration affects the grafting rate a lot, and the concentration of SMA was almost irrelevant to the grafting rate.
