摘要
以内蒙古某地石墨矿为研究对象,对其进行了工艺矿物学和浮选试验研究。结果表明,该矿石矿物组成结构简单,主要的有用矿物是石墨,含量为4.12%;此外石墨结晶完整,主要富集在粗粒级0.020~0.074 mm,可采用浮选方法进行回收利用。矿石经过2次粗选,1次扫选,粗精矿再磨后5次精选,中矿合并返回的浮选试验,获得了石墨精矿品位为86.75%、回收率为90.74%的较好选别指标。
The process mineralogy and flotation experimental research of the Inner Mongolia graphaite were studied. The results showed that the mineral composition of the ore is simple, the main useful mineral is graphite, the content is 4.12%;In addition, graphite crystal is complete, mainly concentrated in the coarse fraction of 0.020-0.074 mm, the flotation method can be used for recycling. The graphite concentrate grade is 86.75% and the recovery is 90.74% after secondary roughing, primary scavenging, five times of beneficiation after regrinding, combined return of middlings to beneficiation.
