活性炭负载ZnS/TiO_2光催化剂的制备及其性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用溶胶浸渍法制备了活性炭负载TiO_2掺杂ZnS的光催化剂,并以TiO_2光催化剂、TiO_2掺杂ZnS的光催化剂和用硫脲法制取的Zn S光催化剂等作为对照试样,通过XRD、SEM对各催化剂进行表征分析,利用光化学反应仪光降解孔雀石绿模拟废水,探究了不同类型光催化剂、不同焙烧温度、不同光照功率等因素对光催化剂的催化活性及性能的影响。结果表明:在光化学反应仪中进行降解孔雀石绿模拟废水试验,焙烧温度为500℃、光照功率为960 W时,活性炭负载TiO_2/ZnS的降解率高达82.1%。 The ZnS/TiO2 photocatalyst supported by activated carbon was prepared by Sol-impregnation method, and the TiO2 photocatalyst,TiO2 doped ZnS and ZnS photocatalyst were used as control samples, XRD and SEM was used to characterize the catalysts and experiment was used photochemical reaction apparatus to degrade malachite green simulated wastewater, and then investigated different types of photocatalyst, different calcination temperature, different illumination power, ZnS doping and other factors on the catalytic activity and performance of photocatalyst. The experimental results showed that the degradation rate of activated carbon TiO2 doped ZnS was as high as 82.1% when the calcination temperature was 500 ℃ and the light power was 960 W when the simulated wastewater of malachite green degradation was tested in the photochemical reaction instrument.
