中国智能制造对农业转移劳动力就业的影响

Influence of China's Intelligent Manufacturing on the Employment of Agricultural Transfer Labor

文章梳理了智能制造的内涵和发展阶段,从行业和就业两个层面分析了智能制造的影响,认为智能制造将同时带来就业的"替代效应"和"创造效应"。由于我国农业转移劳动力的特点,智能制造给我国制造业农业转移劳动力将带来就业冲击。根据工业机器人装机量预测数据,文章估算了未来十年智能制造对我国制造业农业转移劳动力的就业替代效应,并结合农业转移劳动力的特征,提出了应对智能制造就业替代的策略。

This paper has outlined the connotation and development stage of intelligent manufacturing,and analyzed the influence of intelligent manufacturing? from two aspects--industry and employment,which is believed that intelligent manufacturing will bring 'substitution effect'and 'creation effect'to employment.Intelligent manufacturing will bring employment shock to agricultural transfer labor working in China's manufacturing industry because of the characteristics of China's agricultural transfer labor. The paper estimated the employment substitution effect of Intelligent Manufacturing on agricultural transfer labor working in China's manufacturing industry in the next ten years according to the predicted number of industrial robot to be put in use,and proposed strategies to deal with employment replacement of intelligent manufacturing by taking into account the characteristics of the agricultural transfer labor.
