产业转移对我国区域碳排放影响研究──基于国际和区域产业转移的对比被引量：11

摘要我国区域碳排放是国际和区域产业转移共同作用的结果。从碳排放量和排放成本两个角度构建产业转移对区域碳排放影响的理论模型并进行实证对比分析,结果发现:国际和区域产业转移均加剧了碳排放,但后者影响更大,未来要更加关注区域产业转移中碳排放的同向转移问题。对于国际产业转移,政府应加强对FDI流入的引导、促进产业转型升级;对于区域产业转移,政府应着力提高劳动生产率、甄选合适的产业转入。
