摘要
采用网络社会支持量表和积极工作压力问卷对203名新生代企业员工进行调查,了解新生代企业员工网络社会支持和积极工作压力的整体状况,探讨网络社会支持与积极工作压力的关系。结果表明:(1)目前新生代企业员工总体感受到的网络社会支持较低;同时他们具有较高的积极工作压力且有较强的工作投入。(2)在积极工作压力的可管理性上,高网络社会支持的员工显著高于低网络社会支持的员工,网络社会支持和积极工作压力在学历、年龄、工作年限和每周上网时间上存在显著差异。(3)网络社会支持对积极工作压力具有显著的正向预测作用,其中社会成员支持对积极工作压力的生成具有突出意义。
To investigate the overall situation of the network social support and work eustress among new generation staff and explore the relationship between network social support and work eustress.Network social support scale and work eustress questionnaire were administered to 203 new generation staff.The results showed that(1)The overall social support network among the new generation staff was low and information support was the highest.At the same time,they had relatively high work eustress and work engagement;(2)To the dimension of manageability,work eustress among employees of high network social support was higher than employees of low network social support.There also existed significant differences in network social support and work eustress among different educations,age,working years,and online times in each week.(3)Hierarchical regression analysis showed that network social support and it's dimensions could significantly predict work eustress positively after controlling the demographic variables.
