The National Academic Advisory Department: The Pioneering Work of Modern Chinese Government Paid Attention to Employment of College Students

南京国民政府时期的"全国学术工作咨询处",是近代中国政府关注大专院校学生就业的创举。"全国学术工作咨询处"借助调查、登记、介绍、指导等方式,旨在实现人才"统制"的举动,以及通过一定措施整合社会力量、联络国际机关,意在消弥"人人找事、事事找人"矛盾的作为,折射着政府与有识之士的良好愿望,也给当今高校学生就业问题的解决留下思考空间。

The National Academic Advisory Department,which was set up by Nanjing National Government,was the pioneering work of modern Chinese Government paying attention to college students' employment. The department managed talents by investigation,registerition,introduction,direction and contacting with social forces,to eliminate the contradiction between people and jobs. The above action indicated the common intentions of government and people,setting aside thinking space in solving employment issue for people too.
