贸易便利化对中国机电产品出口的影响——基于“一带一路”沿线国家的实证

The Impact of Trade Facilitation on China's Export of Electromechanical Products——An Empirical Study of the Countries along the Belt and Road

构建贸易便利化测评体系,对沿线国家贸易便利化水平进行综合评价,并借助拓展的贸易引力模型研究其对中国机电产品出口的影响。研究结果表明:沿线国家贸易便利化对中国机电产品出口有显著的正向影响;测评体系中的4个一级指标对机电产品出口的影响互有差异,其中金融与电子商务影响最大,口岸效率次之,海关环境和规制环境的影响不显著。中国应加快推进与沿线国家在基础设施以及金融与电子商务方面的合作,助力机电产品出口。

Through the construction of a trade facilitation assessment system, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the trade facilitation level of the countries along the Belt and Road and carries out a case study to explore the impact of trade facilitation by using the extended trade gravity model. The results show that the trade facilitation level of the countries along the Belt and Road has a significant positive impact on the export of Chinese electromechanical products. The 4 first-level indexes are tested, and the influence of each index on the export of electromechanical products is found to be different, in which the financial and e-commerce have the greatest impact;coming next is the impact of port efficiency, while the customs environment and the regulatory environment have no significant impact. Therefore, China should accelerate the cooperation in infrastructure, finance and e-commerce with the countries along the Belt and Road to boost the export of Chinese electromechanical products.
