摘要
高校辅导员承担着个人、学生、组织等众多对象施加的工作压力,是职业枯竭症的高发群体,工作压力影响辅导员的身心健康和思想政治教育工作的顺利开展。对福州四所高校的辅导员进行问卷调查,实证分析工作压力对高校辅导员职业枯竭的影响。结果表明:角色冲突和工作负荷是导致辅导员职业枯竭的主要工作压力,个体特征差异也会影响辅导员职业枯竭和工作压力的调节效果。研究结论对缓解高校辅导员职业枯竭和工作压力提供了有益的思路。
University counselors under the work pressure from individuals, students, and organizations and so on, have become a high incidence group of career burnout. This paper conducts an empirical study on the effects of work pressure on career burnout of university counselors through a questionnaire survey in four universities of Fuzhou. The results show that role conflict and overload are the major pressure that leads to counselors’ career burnout, and personal differences may also affect the adjustment effect of counselors’ career burnout and work pressure. The conclusion of the study provides an insight into alleviating the career burnout and work pressure of university counselors.
