中国水仙花鳞茎上的镰刀菌鉴定

The Identification of Some Fusarium from The Bulbs of Narcissus tazetta var. chinensis

水仙花(Narcissus tazetta var chsinesis)是福建的特产,在栽培中,往往遭受多种病害.在漳州传统产区常见的是'火团病'或称'漏底'.此病大大降低产量,严重影响出口商品水仙的质量,急待解决.我们从水仙'火团病'鳞茎中分离得到两种不同的镰刀菌,用其单孢分离物接种,结果显示出二种菌株都能单独引起水仙的萎蔫腐烂,感染率很高.根据它在马铃薯蔗糖琼脂和米饭培养基上的生长和形态性状进行鉴定.第一种为Fusarium Oxysporum,第二种为Fusarium bulbigenum.现将这些菌株的观察和研究结果,报道如下:

Two different kinds of Fusarium were isolated from the infected bulbs of the Chinense narcissus (Narcissus tazetta var chinensis). An inoculating experiment was made and showed that they both caused the healthy bulbs a heavy wilt disease. According to their different morphological character and growth habits in potato, sucrose, agar and rice medium culture, they are identified repectively as Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium bulbigenum.
