摘要
本文报道中国拟青霉(Paecilcmyces sinensis S P.nov;代号CN80-2)对小鼠脑和肝组织脂质过氧化物(lipid peroxide简称LPO)的影响。给予CN80-23g/kg每天一次灌胃14天的试验组,小鼠脑和肝组织LPO均降低,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05)、给予CN80-23g/kg每天一次灌胃14天后停药14天的试验组,其脑组织中LPO仍然保持低水平,与对照组比较P<0.05,提示该药具有降低脑组织中LPO的作用。
In this paper we presented the effect of paecilomyces sinensis on the level of lipid peroxide in the brain and liver tissues of ex- perimental mice divided into four groups. The results showed that the level of lipid peroxide in the brain and liver tissues of group CN80- 2 3g/kg was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01 and P<0.05 in the brain and liver tissues respectively). The level of lipid peroxide in the brain tissue of group CN80-2 3g/kg administered daily for 14 days followed by 14 days without administ- eration was lower than that of the control group. (P<0.05) These findings demonstrate that the lipid peroxide level in the brain and liver tissues of mice can be decreased through the use of paeocilomyces sinensis.
