摘要
本文提示五步蛇毒类毒素免疫豚鼠可抵御18mg竹叶青蛇毒(6 MLD)或17.5mg烙铁头蛇毒(7MLD);免疫豚鼠血清每毫升可中和五步蛇毒(640μg相当小鼠8LD_(50))、竹叶青蛇毒160μg(4.6LD_(50))或烙铁头蛇毒140~180μg(3.2~4.1LD_(50))。本文提示五步蛇毒与竹叶青毒及烙铁头毒有共同抗原,可引起交叉免疫。
This paper describes a study on the cross immunity in guinea pigs immunized with pre- parations of Agkistrodon acutus Venomtoxoid against the venoms of Trimeresurus stejueger and T. mucrosquamatus. The guinea pig immunized by preparations of Agkistrodon acutus venomtoxoid, resisted the challenge with venom of T.stejnegeri at a dose of 18 mg(coresponding to 6 MLD)or with venom of T. mucrosquamatus at a dose of 17.5 mg(coresponding to 7 MLD)intra-muscular injection. The experimentel animal has su- rvived.
