硫酸锌对依米丁诱发的大鼠心肌损害的保护作用

Protective Effects of Zinc Sulfate on the Rats Myocardial Lesions Induced by Emetine

本文报道硫酸锌对依米丁(吐根碱)引起的大鼠心肌损害的保护作用。结果表明预先应用硫酸锌五天后再用依米丁的动物,其心电图、血清肌酸激酶(SCPK)、病理检查均比单用依米丁的动物有显著减轻病变效果。上述结果提示:硫酸锌对依来丁诱发的中毒性心肌损害,具有一定的保护作用。

The present work was to invetigate the influences of zinc sulfate on the myocardial lesions in rats induced by emetine. The SCPK, EKG and myocardial histopathology were exa- mined. The results showed that the Zn-Eme tine group (rats were given zinc sulfate on five consecutive days previous to emetine given) diminished the degenerating changes of myocardium, various changes on EKG and the values of SCPK also decreased, These results suggest that the administration of zinc sulfate into rats may have protective effects on myo- cardial lesions in tats induced by emetine.
