This paper introduces the working principle of ceramic filter,according to ceramic filter production practice experience for many years in Fujian Makeng Mining Co.,Ltd,summed up the filting plate blockage reasons in the production.Through rationally select filter plate,accurately install filter plate,scraper,and the ultrasonic transducer installation,attaches great importance to the back flush filter plate,the combination of nitric acid and oxalic acid cleaning and other measures to improve equipment capacity and improve the service life of the filter plate.
