三钢焦化厂焦炉加热优化串级控制系统的研究与应用

摘要 焦炉是冶金行业中最复杂的炉窑,焦炉的加热过程是单个燃烧室间歇、全炉连续、受多种因素干扰的热工过程,是典型的大惯性、非线性、时变快的复杂系统。在三钢焦化厂现有两座 JN43 型 65 孔焦炉目前已有浙大中控 Supcon JX-300X DCS 系统中置入国家实用新型专利 OCC 系统(焦炉拟合火道温度测定装置),实现两座焦炉加热优化串级调控,实现自动时时测量炉温、时时调控炉温。 The coke oven is the most complicated stove kiln in metallurgy. The heating course of the coke oven is intermittence of single combustion chamber but all combustion chamber are successive. The progress of calefaction is interfered with different kinds of factors. The coke oven is a typical great interia, nonlinear and quick-vary complicated system. In Sanming Steel Inc, the system,combining SUPCON JX-300 X DCS with optimizing cascaded control system(OCC), was used to control the temperature for the two seat 65 holes JN43 coke oven. It realized the temperature optimizing control of the coke combustion process and also well control to the coke's temperature in time.
