摘要
本文介绍了福建三钢闽光股份有责任公司炼钢厂在2座l00t和1座120t转炉上采用滑板挡渣出钢工艺代替原有的挡渣塞挡渣出钢工艺的情况。实践表明,采用滑板挡渣出钢时,滑板自动关闭成功率达100%,自动下渣检测成功率达98%以上。转炉实现了少渣出钢,为冶炼高品质钢种提供了技术保障,品种得于拓展。
this paper introduces the situation of replacing original blocking slag tapping technology with slide blocking slag tapping technology on two 100 t and one 120 t converters in Steel Plant of Fujian Sansteel Minguang Co., Ltd. Practice has shown that, when adopt the slide blocking slag tapping technology, the success rate for automatic closing rate of slide is 100%, the success rate for automatic slag detection is above 98%. Converter has realized less slag tapping, which provides technical support for melting high quality steel. The varieties have been expanded.
