摘要
三钢焦化厂焦炉集气管压力受诸多变量的影响,这些变量的复杂性,时变性,在控制过程中往往出现很多无法精确度量的模糊量,无法建立精确的数学模型,采用常规控制很难达到预期目的。而这些复杂的系统可通过一组软件仿真熟练操作人员的操作方法定性的表达出来。将所采集的各变量实时数据结合系统中的数据、规则库进行模糊的推理、判断、优化和调节,以此达到对集气管压力的控制。
The coke oven collector pressure is influenced by many variables in our plant, the complexity and time variant of these variables, often appear a lot of fuzzy quantity can not be measured accurately in the control process, the precise mathematical model can not be established, the conventional control is difficult to achieve the desired objective. These complex systems can be expressed qualitatively by a set of software simulation operators. In order to control the pressure of gas collector, the real time data of each variable is combined with the data of the system and the rule base for fuzzy reasoning, judgment, optimization and adjustment.
