摘要
板坯一切原采用红外摄像检测的定尺切割方式,存在抗干扰能力较差、温度过低时铸坯无法识别、定尺更换频繁时误差大。为了解决以上问题,本文通过设计应用非接触式板坯一切激光定尺系统,阐述了该系统工作原理、激光测距原理及切割工作流程。2014年12月投用后板坯切割都能稳定达到-20^+20mm的控制精度,满足了生产工艺要求。
Infrared photography specified-length system was used in primary cutting system of continuous-casting slab. But its Anti-interference was poor, slabs could not be distinguished when slabs temperature was low, deviation was great when changing over specified-length. To solute the problem above, non-contact slab primary-cutting laser specified-length system is designed and used.Operation principle of specified-length system and cutting operation are expounded. After putting into used, slab cutting accuracy is between-20^+20mm,the laser specified-length system satisfactorily meets the process requirement.
