This paper introduces the development of round steel 35CrMo for the production of high-grade strength fasteners, and makes a comprehensive analysis of composition design, steelmaking process, steel rolling process and metallographic structure.Optimizing the steelmaking process and the steel-rolling process to produce batch of high quality steel. And the report of track customer usage shows satisfaction of user is extremely high.
