摘要
热轧是生产线材产品的重要手段。混晶组织性能是钢铁材料内部十分常见的组织缺陷,本文对低碳冷镦用钢ML08Al盘条在生产过程中出现混晶组织的原因进行了分析研究,通过对吐丝机温度、加热制度等轧制参数进行优化调整和对比生产,得出吐丝温度过高是造成ML08Al盘条出现混晶的主要原因。
The Microstructure and properties of mixed crystals are very common defects of steel materials, the paper studies the mixed grains course of the Ml08Al low carbon cold heading steel wire rod, through optimizing laying head temperature, heating system parameters and comparing the production of rolling, the overheating of spinning is the main reasons for the mixed crystals of Ml08Al rod.
