摘要
铁矿试样加水用超声浸提,干过滤。在碱性条件下,用过氧化氢消除硫化物的干扰。硝酸酸化后,加入表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠,在室温下用氯化银浊度法测定水溶性氯化物。氯在0.2~5mg/L范围内校准曲线相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限为0.003%;按照实验方法测定铁矿样品中水溶性氯化物,结果相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)小于5%,加标回收率在98%~102%之间,与国标法的测定结果基本吻合。
The iron ore sample is wetted with a small amount of water and extracted by ultrasonic and then Dry filtration. The interference of sulfides was eliminated by hydrogen peroxide in alkaline conditions. The solution was acidified with nitric acid and added with surfactant twelve alkyl sodium sulfate. Water soluble chloride was determined by silver chloride turbidity at room temperature.The calibration curve of chlorine in 0.2~5 mg/L range is more than 0.999. The detection limit was 0.003%. According to the experimental method, the relative standard deviation(RSD, n=6) of the water soluble chloride in the iron ore sample is less than 5%,and the recovery rate is between 98%~102%. The result is basically consistent with that of the national standard method.
