摘要
对三钢高炉长期低硅冶炼生产实践进行分析,通过采取加强入炉原燃料质量管理、高炉操作制度优化、考核管理精细化等措施,月平均[Si]最低降至0.27%,并长期稳定在0.30%左右,高炉炉况稳定顺行,燃料比降至510kg/t以下。
The long-term low silicon smelting production practice of blast furnace are analyzed. by the means of strengthening the quality management of raw fuel into the furnace, optimizing the operation system of blast furnace, refinement measures such as appraisal management, monthly average [Si] minimum 0.27%, and long-term is stable at around 0.30%, the stable operation of blast furnace, fuel ratio below 510 kg/t.
