摘要
培训不仅是提升员工能力的一个重要途径,也是吸引、激励、留住人才的一个有效方法。本文分析了某企业培训管理中存在的问题,阐明培训管理需要根据不同的环境做出相应的调整,灵活开展培训,促进企业员工的各项技能水平提升,达到预期的目的。并提出了科学合理的培训管理分工建议及实施效果。
