摘要
本文针对楔横轧工艺生产的20CrMnTiH钢细长多阶梯锥形轴零件尾部中心疏松、孔洞缺陷进行了分析,结果表明,成分设计、楔横轧工艺参数以及原料的中心疏松三种因素的耦合作用是造成该工件尾部中心缺陷的原因。在确保原料的冶炼轧制全过程产品质量控制的基础上,采用了优化的产品成分设计及楔横轧复合轧制工艺,取得良好的效果。
This study aims to analyzes the loose center and hole lacuna in the tail of the slender multi-stepped tapered workpiece of 20CrMnTiH steel produced by the cross wedge rolling process. The results show that the coupling effect of the composition design, the parameters of the cross wedge rolling process and the central looseness of raw materials cause the center defect in the tail of the workpiece. On the basis of ensuring product quality control of raw materials during the entire smelting and rolling process, optimizing the composition design and the parameters of the wedge cross rolling process can improve the quality of the workpiece.
