摘要
从热力学角度分析了碳化硅在转炉炼钢生产中作为脱氧剂的可行性,并通过生产实践表明,120t转炉采用碳化硅代替硅铝钡作为预脱氧剂有利于提高硅铁和碳粉的收得率以及降低钢中夹杂物含量,对于提高钢材质量和降低转炉生产成本具有重要作用。
Based on thermodynamic analysis of SiC, SiC as deoxidizer on converter steelmaking process is feasible. According to the productive practice, using SiC instead of Al-Ba-Si as pre-deoxygenation is good for raising the yield of ferrosilicon and carbon dust and reducing inclusions in steel, and also it has great significance to improve steel quality and reduce costs.
