摘要
针对烧结生产中所使用的锻造四辊破碎机辊面磨损过快,使用寿命低的现状,本文通过研制相应的堆焊材料及堆焊工艺实现了四辊的破碎机轧辊堆焊复合再制造。
Aiming at the current condition that the forging four-roll crusher rolls wear rapidly and low service life in the sintering production, the composite remanufacturing of the four-roll crusher rolls is realized through the development of the corresponding surfacing material and welding process.
