摘要
针对三钢4号高炉炉缸区域冷却壁热流强度超标,炉壳温度大幅度上升等问题,通过采取降低冶炼强度,提高生铁中的硅含量,提高铁水物理热,钛矿、钛球护炉及加强炉内操作及出铁管理等措施。有效控制了炉缸温度升高的问题,达到了安全生产的目的。
In order to reduce the smelting strength,the heat flow intensity of the cooling wall in the blast furnace tank area of No.4 in Sansteel was exceeded,and the temperature of the furnace shell increased significantly.To increase the content of silicon in pig iron;Improve the physical heat of iron water;titanium mine,titanium ball protective furnace and strengthen the operation and iron discharge management measures.The temperature rise of the furnace is effectively controlled and the safety production is achieved.
