摘要
针对稀土金属行业现有上插式稀土熔盐电解设备操作环境恶劣、生产配套设施繁杂、工人劳动强度大、人均产能效率低,难以实现自动化的现状。新方案以密闭式下插阴极熔盐电解设备为技术核心,针对性地解决这一系列的问题,实现自动化加料操作,减少生产要求对员工经验的依赖性,车间工作环境温度得到明显改善、降低车间粉尘浓度,真空虹吸出炉设计,减轻工人劳动强度。
Responding to the poor work condition,complicated supporting facilities,high labor intensity and low productivity of top entry rare earth molten salt electrolysis equipment currently used in rare earth metal industry,a new resolution adopts a closed bottom entry molten salt electrolysis equipment.Automatic feeding thereof reduces dependence on the experience of operators and the dust emission and thus improves the environment of the workshop.The siphon is also introduced to relieve labor intensity.
