摘要
高铁动车组车用型材是一种断面复杂、外接圆大、壁厚薄、宽比大的异型空心结构型材,组装时采用插接或搭接形式进行焊接,要求型材必须有非常高的尺寸精度和形位公差精度。本文简要介绍了高铁动车组车用铝型材生产工艺过程,筛选6005A合金,通过合理优化熔炼、铸造和挤压与热处理工艺,采用正向挤压生产方式制备出综合性能优良的高铁动车组车用型材产品。
High speed EMU profile is a complex,large,a section of wall thickness to width ratio of large special hollow structural sections,assembled by inserting or lap welding form,profile requirements must have very high accuracy of size and shape and position tolerances.This paper briefly introduces the high-speed EMU vehicle Aluminum profile production process,selection of6005 A alloy by optimizing smelting,casting and extrusion and heat treatment process,the use of forward extrusion prepared excellent comprehensive performance of high-speed rail EMU vehicle product.
