摘要
铁矿石亏吨是钢铁企业物资管控的常见问题,近几年来福建三钢集团进口铁矿石亏吨率较高,亏吨严重影响了成本核算数据的真实性,给生产运营决策带来困难,因此必须深入分析铁矿石亏吨的原因,本文对此进行了分析探讨,通过采取相应有效措施,如做好装港水尺与到港CIQ的对比,加强港口管理、路途过程管理、质量计量检验、入库监管及系统软件支持等,有效地降低了进口铁矿石亏吨率,为三钢集团挽回了较大的经济损失,实现了降本增效。
The shortfall of iron ore is a common problem for materials management of steel industries.The percentage of shortfall of imported iron ore of Fujian Sansteel(Group) Co.Ltd.,is relatively high in recent years,which has made a huge impact on the authenticity of the data and resulted in the difficulty of making decision in production operation.Therefore,it is a must to analyze the reason of the shortfall of iron ore.The essay has made in depth investigation into that and suggested some effective measures such as making comparison between the draft survey report of loading port and the CIQ report of discharging port,improving port management,and transporting management,strengthening examination of product quality,and supervision of storage and updating the supportive software.The measures have efficiently lowered the percentage of shortfall,helped retrieve the loss of Fujian Sansteel(Group) Co.Ltd.,and achieved the goals of cost reduction.
