摘要 针对多宝山铜钼矿的铜钼混合精矿,开展了铜钼分离工艺优化研究。通过详细的条件试验,确定了"一粗两扫六精—钼粗精矿再磨"的工艺流程及以"硫化钠+BK550"组合抑制剂为主的药剂制度,实现了铜钼的有效分离,闭路试验获得钼品位44.71%、含铜1.09%、钼作业回收率92.22%的钼精矿和铜品位20.49%、铜作业回收率99.90%的铜精矿。 This paper had a research on optimization of the copper-molybdenum separation process of Duobaoshan coppermolybdenum ore. Through detailed condition tests, the flotation process of 'one rougher-two scavenger-six cleaning-molybdenum rougher concentrate regrinding' and flotation reagent system based on a combination of sodium sulfide and BK550 were determined.Under optimized process conditions, effective separation of copper and molybdenum was realized. Closed-circuit tests had obtained a molybdenum concentrate with Mo 44.71%, Cu1.09%, the operated recovery rate of molybdenum was 92.22%, and a copper concentrate with Cu 20.49%, the operated recovery rate of copper was 99.90%.
