摘要
对三钢100t铁水包的生产实践进行分析,通过改进铁水包砌筑工艺、优化烘烤制度、加强铁水包粘渣处理、保温等措施,提高铁路线上铁水包使用寿命至901炉;铁水包随车加盖保温技术试验应用,可减少铁水温降8~10.5℃,同时消除冻铁、铁皮粉尘飞扬现象,绿色环保,降低环境污染。
The production practice of 100 t iron ladle in Sansteel is analyzed. By improving the laying technology of the iron ladle, optimizing the baking system, strengthening the treatment of slag sticking and heat preservation, the service life of the iron ladle on the railway line is raised to 901 furnace. The application of the heat insulation technology of iron ladle lidding with the car can reduce the temperature of the iron 8-10.5 degree heat drop. At the same time eliminate the phenomenon of low-temperature molten iron and iron dust. And make green environmental protection, reduce environmental pollution..
