本文针对铸轧机西门子SIMOREG 6RA70直流传动备件采购难、维修成本高的问题,提出了解决方案,并以实例简要说明了新系列产品的组态及优化过程。经过实际运行验证,成功替代了旧系列产品,为以后陆续升级积累经验、减少时间。

This paper analyzes the problems encountered by the SIEMENS SIMOREG 6RA70 DC Drive in the CASTER MILL, and proposes the solution, and briefly explains the configuration and optimization process of the new series of products with an example. After practical operation, it has successfully replaced the old series of products, accumulated experience and reduced the upgrade time for subsequent upgrades.
