近年来随着社会经济的高速发展,现代工业的建筑也在快速发展,各类厂房的建设相继涌现。由于受到经济因素和社会环境因素的限制,诸多的工业项目盲目追寻行业的经济效益,而忽视了工业厂房的设计。工业厂房的设计只考虑基本的结构和工艺需求,工业建筑存在着乏味、单调的特征,从而影响了工业生产的可持续性发展。针对这一现状,对厂房规划制定出合理方案,科学有序的进行规划设计是很有必要的。

Due to the economy and social environment, in many industrial projects people goes after economic benefits blindly, whereas ignores the design of the industrial buildings. People merely takes the basic structure and craft demand in to account for industrial design, so that the buildings looks too monotonous and vapid to bring bad influence on sustainable development. In facing the situation, It is necessary to develop a reasonable, scientific and orderly industrial premises planning design.
