摘要
通过在转炉的各出钢口均增加一套滑板挡渣装置和注流渣自动检测系统,同时在转炉耳轴被动侧新增一套液压站,并经生产实践,在转炉工序实现了少渣、滑板挡渣出钢过程自动挡渣成功率大于98%、进入钢包渣层厚度≤30mm。
By adding a slide slag retaining device and an automatic slag injection detection system at each tapping port of the converter,and adding a new hydraulic station at the passive side of the converter trunnion,and through production practice,the success rate of automatic slag retaining in the tapping process with less slag and slide slag retaining is 98%or more,and the thickness of slag layer entering the ladle is 30 mm or less.
