摘要
通过对航空发动机整流叶片用1Cr17Ni2棒材夹渣缺陷的分析,结果表明造成夹渣缺陷的主要原因是由于锻造开坯后余量切除不足,应从供应商原材料生产过程控制和采购入库复验环节逐支增加超声波探伤检查采取措施,可以有效预防夹渣缺陷棒材的使用,避免质量问题发生。
In this paper,the reasons of the slag defects of 1Cr17Ni2 bars for aero-engine stator blade were analyzed.The results showed that the main reason for the slag defects of 1Cr17Ni2 bars was due to insufficient resection after forging.In order to prevent the use of the slag defects bars and avoid the quality problems,it were the key points to strengthen raw material production process control and increase re-inspection of storage by ultrasonic before application.
