摘要
利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、激光粒度仪、比表面仪及费氏粒度仪,研究了装舟量及反应时间对高纯WO_3还原成钨粉过程中的相结构、粉末形貌和粒度分布的影响。结果表明:WO_3在700℃温区内转变生成WO_2,虽然装舟量对此阶段反应程度影响较小,但影响WO_2颗粒形貌;在进入800℃温区后W粉在WO_2颗粒上进行形核,随反应时间的增加,粉末粒度呈正态分布,但在此温区并未形成完善的钨粉形貌。
The effect of weight and reaction time on the phase structure,morphology,particle size distribution in the process of the high pure W03 restore to W have been investigated by XRD,SEM,LPSA,BET instrument.The results show that WO3 changed into WO2 in 700℃,the weight showed less effect on reaction degree,but impacted the morphology of the WO2;W can cover on the WO2 in 800℃,increased the reaction time,the particle size of powder were positively distributed but the morphology of W was not perfect。
