短时间宫腔填塞纱条应用于剖宫产术中的效果观察

目的观察短时间宫腔填塞纱条在剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法选取2014年8月~2014年10月我院收治的78例接受剖宫产术的产妇作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各39例。对照组给予常规止血治疗(术后经直肠给予米索前列醇片,并给予宫缩素肌内注射),观察组在常规止血治疗基础上应用宫腔填塞纱条治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组术中出血量及术后24 h后出血量均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产术中应用宫腔填塞纱条治疗,可显著减少产妇出血量,提高手术安全性,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To observe the short time of uterine packing gauze in cesarean section in the application effect. Methods From 2014 August^2014 year in October in our hospital 78 cases accepted cesarean section mothers as the object of this research, it will be randomly divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases in each group, the control group was given the routine hemostatic treatment (postoperative rectumMisoprostol Tablets, and give intramuscular injection, the contraction) the observation group in the conventionalhemostasis treatment on the basis of application of intrauterine packing gauze in the treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results In the observation group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative bleeding after 24h were significantly less than the control group (P<0.05), there is statistical significance. Conclusion The application of intrauterine packing with gauze in the treatment of cesarean section, can significantly reduce maternal hemorrhage volume, increase the safety of operation, it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
