妇科超声在盆腔积液临床诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨妇科超声在盆腔积液临床诊断中的应用价值。方法抽取在我院接诊的68例妇产科盆腔积液患者为研究对象,对本组研究患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其超声声像特征进行观察,分析和研究患者的临床诊断结果。结果本组试验确诊率为91.17%,误诊率为8.83%。巧克力囊肿、黄体破裂、盆腔囊肿、宫外孕破裂诊断的确诊率分别为100.00%、55.55%、93.75%、97.61%。结论在妇产科盆腔积液的临床诊断中,超声临床诊断能够有效检查病因,诊断的准确率较高,值得临床推广和使用。

Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound to see Department of gynaecology pelviceffusion in clinical diagnosis. Methods A total of 68 cases of gynecological pelvic effusion in female patients of our hospital admissions as the object of study, the clinical data of the patients of this group were retrospectively analyzed, the ultrasonographic features were observed, the clinical diagnosis result analysis and study of patients.Results The experiment diagnosis rate was 91.17%, the rate of misdiagnosis was 8.83%. Chocolate cyst, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic cyst, ruptured ectopic pregnancy diagnosis rate of diagnosis were 100%, 55.55%, 93.75%,97.61%. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of Obstetrics and Gynecology pelvic effusion, clinical diagnostic ultrasound can effectively check the pathogeny, diagnosis accuracy rate is high, is worth the clinical promotion and use.
